Having a ready to go ingfit pizza base in your cupboard takes all the hassle out of starting from scratch, while still enjoying the aromatic and satisfying experience of freshly baked pizza dough!

It's literally as simple as adding water and baking, and rolling as thick or thin as you prefer and a doughy or crispy pizza base is minutes away.

*WARNING: The bread roll mix does contain gluten

RECOMMENDED: Purchase with bamboo fiber as it's used as part of the recipe.

ingredients

wheat protein, milk protein, organic golden linseed flour*, psyllium fiber, bamboo fiber, yeast, pink crystal salt. *(partially de-oiled).

allergens: Contains cow's milk and seeds. May contain traces of other peel fruits, oil seeds, peanuts and shelled ingredients.

Net Weight: 150 grams , makes approximately two pizza bases.

instructions

Knead the baking mixture with 180 ml water and 1 tablespoon olive oil to a dough. Sprinkle the working surface with a dusting of ingfit bamboo fiber and roll out the dough onto it. Wipe off excess bamboo fiber by hand, place the dough on a greased baking tray and leave to rise for 20 minutes in a warm place. Remove the base from the oven, cover with pizza ingredients and bake again at 180°C for approximately 15 minutes. Mixture makes approximately 250g pizza dough..

instructions

Knead the baking mixture with 250 ml water to a dough. Place the dough on a greased baking tray and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approximately 25 minutes. Remove the base from the oven, cover with pizza ingredients and bake again at 200°C for 7-10 minutes. Mixture makes approximately 400g pizza dough.

Utterly Delicious

This low carb Pizza was so easy to make and utterly delicious. It tasted so good, l can not wait to buy more and try different toppings. I had it in the oven within 5 minutes of opening the Pizza mix. Thank you Ingfit for making my tummy happy :)

LOVE IT!!!

I made my first pizza and immediately fell in love. Actually before I even tried it I fell in love because I watched it rise in the oven like a normal pizza dough would! With the toppings the pizza base was so similar to a carby pizza base but there was no guilt with it. I HIGHLY recommend.
