Having a ready to go ingfit keto pizza base in your cupboard takes all the hassle out of starting from scratch, while still enjoying the aromatic and satisfying experience of freshly baked pizza dough!

It's literally as simple as adding water and baking, and rolling as thick or thin as you prefer and a doughy or crispy keto pizza base is minutes away.

RECOMMENDED: Purchase with bamboo fiber as it's used as part of the recipe.

almond flour*, organic golden linseed flour*, pumpkin seed flour*, egg white powder, baking agent: sodium bicarbonate, antioxidant: ascorbic acid (vitamin C), pink crystal salt. *(partially de-oiled).

Pour the pizza mix into a bowl with one tablespoon of olive oil. Prepare 250ml water and add slowly to the mixture and mix by hand. Knead the baking mixture for around two minutes until you have a nice, firm dough. It's best to add around 180ml water first and add more if required, part by part, until you get the right consistency. Sprinkle around 1 tbsp of ingfit bamboo fibre onto a clean work surface and split the dough into one or two equal-sized balls. Roll evenly and thinly into your desired pizza shape using a rolling pin. Place onto a greased baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees celcius but monitor as baking times may vary from oven to oven (for even better results, use a pizza stone). Remove from the oven and add your pizza sauce and toppings of your choice, then bake for a further 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees celcius. Your pizza can be considered cooked when the cheese is nicely melted. Please note, these instructions are only a guide, feel free to experiment and have fun

Fluffy and tasty pizza crust

Nothing of what you would expect from a “diet” pizza crust mix.

This was tasty and met all of our expectations for a gourmet pizza experience.

Also very Easy to prepare...

The best pizza mix i've ever tried so far

you will never crave for the high carb regular pizza base as if you are eating the regular one but healthy :) no guilt!
