Seed & Grain Oils originally created as mechanical lubricants, have been shown to contribute to inflammation and high in Omega 6.

Avocado oil not only tastes amazing but it’s also super healthy.
Cold pressed from only the avocado flesh, it’s high in monounsaturated fats (the heart-healthy fat), the antioxidant vitamin E and packed full of omega 9 (oleic acid) that made olive oil and the Mediterranean diet famous, it really is a truly healthful whole food.
In addition, the nutrients in various plant and animal foods are far more readily absorbed with the addition of avocado oil.
