Kale is a superstar leafy green, high in vitamin A, C, K and a great source of minerals copper, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus.

Farm Fresh Goodness inside and out, Herbivore‚ organic, sustainably farmed kale is purchased from farmers they know by name. Within 24 hours of being picked, the kale is freshly cut, chopped, squeezed, sprinkled and dehydrated so they maintain ALL of the nutrients and are as good on the outside as they are on the inside.

Herbivore have added a spin to traditional greens and created delicious, crispy bites of goodness.Their products are handmade by massaging the leaves and florets with natural seed and nut butters together with their secret spice bends, then air-drying them below 46C for 18 hours to preserve nutrients and living enzymes.

Unlike most leading brands of kale chips, Herbivore keeps their flavourings as low carb as possible, which positions them as the lowest carb kale chip currently available on the market! An easy inclusion in your carb count for the day!

Great straight from the packet as an on the go snack, and also add a unique flavor and crunch when sprinkled over a salad!

what are net carbs?

Net carbs are the impact carbs in a product. That means they are the carbs that will impact your blood glucose. Correctly selected fiber and sugar alcohols, also known as polyols, (like erythritol) have no impact on blood glucose, and so we can subtract them from the total carb count of a food to calculate the net carb count.

However, not all fiber and sugar alcohols are created equal and so, when you spot fiber like isomalto olligosacharides and sugar alcohols like maltitol, you should not subtract these from the total carb count as they do impact blood glucose.

Confusing, right?

Don't worry, ingfit takes the stress out of your hands by ensuring that every product we stock contains only zero impact fiber and sugar alcohols, so you can subtract them from the total carb count with confidence‚

In fact, let us do it for you!
