cooking instructions

  • Sauté in a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes. There's no need for oil. Gently stir until heated through. For best results add a little seasoning.
  • Microwave in an uncovered bowl. Reduce cooking time if oven setting is more than 900 Watts. Once cooked, turn gently with a spoon and serve.
  • Great in salads too. Cauli Rice needs no cooking. Use it straight from the pouch. Add chopped onions, tomatoes and coriander. Season and dress with lemon juice.

Great in soups

I love that this is a healthy alternative to rice. Having it in my delicious soups makes me forget that I'm eating healthy cauliflower.

Very convenient

I love this for the convenience factor. I still prefer to make my own. But I will keep these on hand for when I cannot get fresh cauliflower.
