Better Than Rice, 'Riced Vegetables'

Fullgreen makes low-carb riced vegetables; great whether you're trying to cut carbs or just eat more greens. Low-carb, gluten-free and additive-free, they have up to 85% fewer calories than rice. And, because they're simply non-GMO Cauliflower (washed, chopped, and steamed in the pouch) they're vegan too!

Cooking Instructions

  • Sauté in a non-stick pan on a medium heat for 2 1/2 minutes. There’s no need for oil. Gently stir until heated through. For best results add a little seasoning.
  • Microwave in an uncovered bowl. Reduce cooking time if oven setting is more than 900 Watts. Once cooked, turn gently with a spoon and serve.
