Mix it with either cream, full-fat yogurt or almond/coconut milk, add your sweetener of choice, simply stir and enjoy either cold or hot!

recipes

cereal

  • Keto Cereal (2 Heaping tablespoons 30g)
  • Coconut or Almond milk / heavy cream / water or liquid of your choice.
  • Cinnamon/vanilla
  • (Optional) Few Berries, nuts and/or sweetener.

Pour a small amount of Coconut / Almond milk / heavy cream / water into a bowl, add sweetener (if desired) and stir, add Keto Cereal and stir, to thicken add additional Keto Cereal, for a thinner consistency, add additional liquid. Can be served hot or cold.

shake  

  • 2 tbs Adapt Meal
  • Coconut or Almond milk / heavy cream / liquid of your choice.
  • Ice
  • Coffee / vanilla / berries, dark chocolate or ingredient of your choice.
  • Optional (sweetener)

Place ingredients into a blender, blend until desired consistency, enjoy.

cookies 

  • 2 cups Adapt Meal
  • 1 egg
  • Splash of vanilla and almond essence.
  • 3 tbs sweetener of choice (depending on preference)
  • 125g butter
  • Nuts (optional)

Pre heat oven to 190 degrees C, mix the ingredients into a bowl, when well mixed, roll into small balls and place on butter greased tray, take a fork and press gently into the centre to flatten the cookie balls. Place into the oven for between 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool and enjoy.

pancakes

  • 7-8 eggs
  • 2/3 cup Adapt Meal
  • Add water until desired thickness (mix until creamy)
  • Optional Sweetener/cinnamon sprinkled on top if desired

Spread on a frying pan with a little coconut oil into a pancake shape, flip when slightly browned. Serve like a traditional pancake.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, dip the meat or vegetable into the egg batter, place the egg-covered meat or vegetable into a bowl of Adapt Meal/herb mix, coat well, cook or bake and enjoy.

what are net carbs?

Net carbs are the impact carbs in a product. That means they are the carbs that will impact your blood glucose. Correctly selected fiber and sugar alcohols, also known as polyols, (like erythritol) have no impact on blood glucose, and so we can subtract them from the total carb count of a food to calculate the net carb count.

However, not all fiber and sugar alcohols are created equal and so, when you spot fiber like isomalto olligosacharides and sugar alcohols like maltitol, you should not subtract these from the total carb count as they do impact blood glucose.
