My name is Vojislav and I’m an Integrative Nutrition and Functional Medicine Health Coach.
I started my health journey when I realized that what I used to eat was making me sick. After sorting out my chronic health issues (sinusitis, rhinitis, acid reflux, migraines, weight gain, hives, memory loss), I decided to start spreading the awareness.
I got my Health Coach certification and successfully started coaching people on how to reverse their own health issues.
Issues I have worked with so far include:
- Celiac disease
- Sleep disorder
- H-pylori overgrowth
- Candida overgrowth
- Diabetes type 1 & 2
- Other Autoimmune Diseases.
I believe there’s no one diet that suits everybody, so I coach people to achieve their health and happiness goals through customized diets and lifestyle.
We all have different genetics, micro biomes, places of birth and other factors that define us as bio-individuals.
I guide my clients to achieve their goals depending on their health history, lifestyle, preferences, habits and priorities. I help them discover the root cause of their health issues rather than treating the symptoms.
I tend to begin with one of two powerful dietary theories as the most effective when it comes to an almost immediate positive impact on my clients' health, look and life in general, and those and keto and paleo.
I often advise paleo, with individual adjustments, to clients who don't have a need to lose weight quickly and aren't avoiding animal based foods. The paleo diet promotes clean food, it's grain and dairy free and therefore my first pick. It is also the most sustainable in my opinion.
On the other hand I strongly recommend and coach the keto diet to clients who want to lose weight quickly. With slight alteration it can also be vegan and vegetarian friendly. However, the keto diet can be challenging at the beginning and is generally more successful with the care and guidance of a health coach.
That’s why the role of a health coach is so vital.
