ingredients

vital wheat protein, organic sunflower protein (partially deoiled), linseeds, sunflower seeds, oat fiber, apple fiber, crystal salt, yeast.

allergens: Contains seeds and GLUTEN. May contain traces of other peel fruits, oil seeds, peanuts and shelled ingredients.

instructions

Add the baking mixture into to a bowl with 230 ml warm water (app. 30 degrees celcius) and knead into a dough for around 2 minutes. Place dough into a greased bread mold, cover with a cloth and leave to rise at room temperature for 45 minutes. Brush the surface with water and bake at 160 C for approximately 40 minutes.
