Tips For Feeling Better Fast - Mental Health with Lauren Brush

In this video Lauren talks about the importance of taking care of our mental health, especially at this time as we have lived through a global pandemic, many of us have been isolated OR cooped up with people we might normally have a little more space from.

There are many elements that come into play when we are on a mission to feel better. ingfit strongly advocates four pillars of health. Nutrition, movement, sleep and stress management. All of these feed into each other.
